Aviv's practice focuses on transactional matters. Coming from a family of small business owners, Aviv is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed.
Since joining EPGD in May of 2018, he has developed a focus on corporate transactional matters. Aviv has worked on a vast array of transactions including corporate acquisitions, employment law matters, corporate restructuring, and franchise creation. He has a nag for problem-solving and understanding corporate issues from the business-owner’s perspective.
